JBL Live Free 2: 35 Hours of Playtime, True Adaptive Noise Cancelling, Smart Ambient, and beamforming mics (Silver)

I have tried out all the Bose and Sony and “leading” earbuds recently, these are twice as good for twice as less the cost. The noise canceling is much better than the bose people rave about. The fit is snug and comfortable.
Don’t waste your money on more expensive, doesn’t always mean better.

Es mi tercer juego de audífonos JBL y los otros dos que tengo (Reflect flow mini y live free nc +tws) suenan claro cristalinos, no suenan cómo audífonos Bluetooth y en el app el ecualizador puedes poner cuantas bandas requieras, en estos la app te limita a las líneas del ecualizador, no puedes poner más y si usas los que ya tienes guardados por los otros audífonos, te borra las bandas extras que habías creado y limita a las que manda ese ecualizador para estos audífonos.(era gran parte del atractivo de los JBL que podías hacer tu ecualizador como quisieras, ya no) De estos esperaba lo mismo al menos más el incremento de sonido de bajos que mencionaban las reseñas y mejora del ANC , pero no. El bajo si suena más pero no cómo bajo sino cómo si trajera un radiador pasivo. No es baja frecuencia sino más caja acústica pero de plástico y más vibración. Los medios y altos se escuchan claros más no cristalinos , se escuchan de frecuencia más baja a los otros JBL antes mencionados. Las puntas para los oídos son de silicona únicamente, no traen más opciones y cómo son ovaladas encontrar remplazo o mejores para sustituir va a estar difícil.
Una vez puestos están cómodos, recostado sobre la almohada no lastiman tampoco pesan.
Tiene ajustes individuales para el ANC, que no mejoró mucho el bloqueo total, para el talk thru y el ambient aware.
En general suenan muy bien, claros y con muy buena separación; más siento les falta un tantito en las frecuencias alta , comparado a los otros JBL.
Tienen muy buena especialidad.
Me arrepentí de comprar este modelo en un principio por que esperaba el excelente sonido de los otros y mejorado pero de estar escuchándolos, entiendo un tienen otras características que compensan. ( escuchando música por medio de iPhone y Tidal mayor resolución posible para audífonos Bluetooth)

I’ve had these just under a month and there are some definite pros and cons, and ultimately, I’ve decided to try something else, but currently these are my first and only TWS buds.

Pros:
– I am pretty picky about sound quality and these are great. I don’t feel the need to switch to my Sony WH1000-XM3 when I hear a good song. The bass truly is remarkable for an earbud.
– Subjective, but I really love the look of these. I got the blue ones.
– Wireless charging on the case. Case is the perfect size for your pocket.
– Multipoint Bluetooth is awesome. It only connects to one automatically, but you can connect to a previously paired second device easily and it will switch back and forth depending on what is playing. Can’t live without this now.
– Super comfortable.

Cons:
– This I knew going in, but everybody’s ears are different. One of my main uses is for running, and because there is no wing or tip, these have fallen out on me. Not constantly, but enough times that I am kind of thinking about it all the time. I would consider keeping these for strict office use and buy something else for sport, if not for the other cons.
– Audio Video sync sucks even in Video mode. It’s one of my pet peeves when lips aren’t perfectly sync’d and these are far from perfect. Other bluetooth devices I own aren’t as bad.
– Booming sound when others talk on phone calls/meetings. This is the real deal breaker. It isn’t all meetings, but the longer the meeting, the more likely it seems to happen. Once the booming starts, it doesn’t stop unless I disconnect and reconnect them. Maybe this can be fixed down the road with a firmware update.
– Touch controls aren’t super configurable, and it is hard to push them in or take them out without triggering the action.

Conclusion: I love the look and the sound of these earbuds. They are super comfortable and music quality is great. Audio quality in calls is also good on both ends, as long as it doesn’t start booming on you. Ultimately, I don’t feel comfortable running with them, or using them in meetings, or watching video, so they only do one of my 4 uses well.
