I have other JBL product. Which I like But I’m not impressed by this one. Looks good battery is great. Won’t fall off your ear. The sound is weak. Doesn’t matter if you us both of them. (I like using one, so I can hear my surrounding) My Walmart generics play better then this one. And that’s with one ear phone on. Good luck with this product.

Every ear is different, and it turns out that the shape of mine are not so compatible with these earbuds. The sound is decent, and they do a great job of staying on my ears. After 10 minutes, my inner ear cartilage starts to become sore, and after about 30 minutes, it’s just too uncomfortable to keep them in. I know these earbuds require a specific method for putting them on, and yes, I’m wearing them correctly – where they ‘lock’ in place in your ear when you rotate them into position. I think I just have cartilage that the ear buds press against while wearing them. It’s a me problem 🙂
They’re decent earbuds though, if they are comfortable to you!

I bought it on cyber Monday deal, though it was good affordable option to workout. The music sounds great, but if you make a call the other person doesn’t hear you well and the noise cancellation suck. However, if you are looking to buy this exclusively to listen to music well this a great buy, if you are wanting to make calls this is definitely not the best option.

I have AirPods Pro with active NC. It gives a good sound quality and NC when I stay at my office desk. However if I move – walk, run, ride a bike – pods are sliding out from my ears. None of the sizes works. That’s why I bought this pair.
Fit
JBL are amazing for workouts in the gym, jogging outside, riding a bike. They fits like they were made for my ears and never fall. I’m even working on the heavy bag with them in my ears. And I’m a former boxer, so I do punch hard and move a lot. No issues. Totally love how they fit.
Noise Canceling
Actually, they fit so good and stay in my ears so they are actually providing a better NC than AirPods when I’m on the move.
Sound quality
Sound quality is very descent. Mid and high freqs are a bit muffled, but pretty good for the price. And if you’re working out, you probably do not care about sound that much.
Microphone
I didn’t talk too much over them, but 2 out of 3 times I had to switch to the phone speaker because the other person said the sound was terrible.
Battery life
It’s impressive. Depends on the volume, but it gives you at least a couple of hours out of the charging box
Charging
There are some troubles with charging mine in the case. You have to put them carefully and make sure that they actually have started to charge (the tiny red LED). That’s a bit of hassle sometimes, but I can survive that
Summary: I love them for my workouts and outdoor activity. For the office work I prefer to use apple.

First of all, the thing you need to know about me is I mainly listen to music on my iPod Classic. Still. Yep, I’m one of THOSE people. I use a dongle that I attach to the iPod and it normally works very well. In a lot of cases, better then my cell phone.
So with that in mind, let me tell you about my experiences with sports earphones. I’ve been thinking about getting a pair for quite awhile, but I didn’t want to get them if I felt there was any danger of me losing them. A few weeks ago I run across a youtube video about Powerbeats and how hard it is to dislodge them, so I thought I’d give them a try. So I get my super expensive Powerbeats and it is a total bust, because they refuse to pair with my iPod/bluetooth set up. It’s not the first time it’s happened, but it’s the first time it’s happened with an Apple product. Also, I didn’t really love the sound, but that could have been because I didn’t put any effort to adjust them very well because for what they cost, I wasn’t going to keep them if I couldn’t pair them with the device I use most often to listen to music.
Next I tried another brand and I won’t mention that one because the experience was even worse then with the Powerbeats. They not only refused to pair, but when I tried listening listening to them using my phone, they were nearly the worst sounding device I ever used to listen to music. The only thing I did like was the case, which had a very nice feel. But that did not make them worth keeping.
So I was going to give up, but then I ran across the JBL EP2 (I’m not using the entire silly name). I had a friend who loved JBL products and urged me to try them. So I did. First off, they paid more easily then almost any other device I’ve tried pairing with my iPod Classic. I was pretty amazed, because usually I have to try a few times to get a connection, but it happened almost instantly. After that, I thought that they would sound horrible, because how could they be all that?
I wasn’t completely wrong. The sound wasn’t good. It wasn’t horrible, but they fell well short of what I was expecting. So I told my friend I was going to return them, but then he asked me how tight the fit was. So I asked him how tight is the fit supposed to be. It turns out, pretty tight.
If the EP2’s aren’t wedged in really well, apparently all the sound escapes from your ears and you’re left with a tinny shadow of how good they can sound. I found when I really jammed them in, the sound was really good. Full and detailed (I’m not an audiophile so don’t expect a lot of flowery language about sound fields and highs and lows).
But the ear tips that came with the ear buds did not give that tight a fit, especially if I moved around so I tried a couple of other makers. Now they fit very snug and I couldn’t be happier about the purchase. I took one star off because I had to go to the trouble of getting the different ear tips.
So, I’m keeping these. I’m sure Amazon will be happy. Take care all
