Its exactly as advertised, the bar handles assist in your squat session, today was my first day and I felt the work out in my hamstrings, abs, gluteus Maximus and biceps. When the box arrived, I was able to schlep the box into the house. There are pieces plus sturdy pedals that are easy to put together, no need to hire anyone to assemble so save your money. It took me about 45 minutes but guys purchasing this row n squat would probably take half the time to get the screws in place and tightened up. I did see this fitness equipment a few bucks cheaper elsewhere but I know if anything arrives that is not to my satisfaction then Walmart will not charge a stocking fee, etc., so I took the safe mode route and purchased from Walmarts vendor. Theres a video on this row n squat floating on the Internet, just google if not found on the Walmart platform. I am absolutely happy with my purchase.See more
