My working preference is to stand all day however my legs enjoy activity throughout the day. This mini stepper is perfect for providing a step in place activity to keep circulation and standing enjoyable. Ive been looking for a small exercise machine that can help me get back into shape. I live in an apartment and cannot accommodate some of the big machines out there nor can I afford their price tags. This little stepper is the perfect size and offers a pretty decent workout. I love the fact that resistance bands are included adding an upper body workout along with the lower body.
