This item was advertised as used, acceptable condition. As far as I can tell, it is in excellent condition. I am using it to repair a large post wooden fence. I am constantly driving 3-1/2” deck screws and 1/4” x 3” lag screws. The battery life is exceptional and the driver is light weight, agile and hard hitting. It will twist off the screws if I over tighten. I was expecting the Dewalt brand to deliver superb performance and it did. I expect years of good service from it.

Bought as a replacement for my old 18V. This is my 8th (and definitely NOT my last) 20V Max cordless DeWalt tool. Know what a Mack Truck is? Or Mack’s reputation? Same as DeWalt…. Bullet-proof!

The product is lightweight and feels good. Problem with it was it arrived appearing maybe someone returned the item and I only received 1 battery and the belt clip was missing. Working on waiting for customer support of Dewalt to get back to me. Update, 3 days later I still have not heard back from Dewalt customer support regarding my issue with battery missing from set.
