Cuts very fast better have a lot of good batteries.

Well this is a good saw for jobs that you can’t get power of just don’t need to lug out the bigger corded saw. It’s small light and can cut your fingers in a second. Just like that bigger saws. I needed to cut some masonry and couldn’t find the correct size at big box stores. I mean really 6.5 inch? Could find a few 5 inch diamond blades and they work just fine. But PLEASE look at the base where the battery goes. That’s where they store the allen wrench for the reversed (Left hand) blade screw. I had to look up the manual to find the turn direction since I still had the factory installed blade. It’s would have been good to laser etch the direction or printed L or Left handed. But I’ll mark it later with a stamp. I’ve had this a few years now. It’s still kicking and doing a great job. Only one kick back and you’ll get it in the wrist. But it was my own fault.

Battery life is good. Not quite as powerful as a corded 7-1/2” saw but when you need a quick cut and the electric is not easily available this is the saw to pick up

I’m so glad we got it.

Should have gone all cordless years ago. Used many times and very pleased. Continue to see contractors using DeWalt. Nice to be able to use same battery packs.
